This is the weekly update post for Powell High School varsity and Northwest College athletics for the week of Sept. 18-24

PHS SCHEDULE
The Powell Panther volleyball team hosts its home opener tonight (Thursday) against Rocky Mountain at 6 and will also host Cody on Tuesday night at 6 in a conference match.
PHS tennis will take part in the North Regional Tournament on Friday and Saturday, with No. 1 singles, No. 2 singles and No. 1 doubles in Cody, and the No. 2 and No. 3 doubles matches at Powell High School. Action in Cody starts at 8 a.m. and at 8:30 a.m. in Powell both days.
State golf tees off in Cody on Friday and Saturday at 10 a.m. each day.
The homecoming parade will be Friday at 1:15 p.m. followed by the homecoming game for Panther football at 6 p.m. against Douglas.
Girls' swimming heads to Worland for an invitational at 10 a.m. on Saturday and cross country heads to Sheridan for a race starting at 11 a.m. on Saturday.

NWC SCHEDULE
The Trapper soccer teams will both be at home this weekend, starting with matches at 2 and 4 p.m. against Gillette College on Friday.
Northwest then hosts Casper College on Saturday at 1 and 3 p.m.
Trapper volleyball heads to Billings to take on the Rocky Mountain College JV at 7 p.m. on Friday.
Trapper rodeo has the weekend off.
