They wanted a guest suite for visiting family—but not one that felt tacked on or out of place.

We worked closely with them (and their existing layout) to build a fully integrated room addition.
It included:

→Exterior stucco matched exactly for curb appeal

Right now, we’re in framing and rough electrical. The roofline blends seamlessly, and the interior already feels like it was always part of the plan.
