This March heat wave is waking up all of our trees. The stone fruit trees- peach, plum, pluerry, are wrapping up their bloom season. The Asian pears are in full bloom now. Apples are next!

From the desert to your glass! It’s prickly pear season and we’ve been busy picking and pressing. The apples in our orchards are growing larger and sweeter; we’ve even picked a few of our earliest ripening fruit- Chenango Strawberry or Ginger Gold anyone? More apple photos to come.
