A few years ago, I had the pleasure of helping a client purchase his second home in Mesquite, Texas. Fast forward to 2024, I received a call from him—this time, asking me to help his daughter and son-in-law find their first home.

I got to work asap and found them a great home that closed just in time for the holidays—December 2024.

In December 2023, this amazing couple welcomed their first child— So now they’re starting a new chapter with a new baby, a new home, and a whole lot of memories ahead.

Making that dream a reality was truly an honor. A growing family, a warm home, and Christmas all wrapped into one... that’s what I call the greatest gift.

Driving home from a closing yesterday, I couldn’t help but think on how life comes full circle.
