Another blonde appointment, this one however was with the intent to make her grow out a little more subtle. ⁣

We did a shadow root closer to her natural color with lowlights brought down for dimension.

Doing this in one day is a big deal. Although this is not our desired end goal we MUST take it step by step to secure the integrity of her hair. ⁣
✨✨⁣
Our goal is a pastel pink (swipe to the last picture for reference) which means we need her hair as white as possible. This may take one more visit, could take two. (It all depends) My MAIN goal is taking care of her hair and leaving it as healthy as possibly after we reach our desired color. ⁣

Don’t rush the process and stay open and communicative with your client. Let them know they won’t be leaving after one visit with the color in the photo they brought. ⁣

Processes like this also get charged by the hour, not based on service. That’s another important conversation. This is a lot of work, takes skill, knowledge, and lots and lots of products. ⁣
