Covered Bridge Quilters Guild

Another successful Guild Retreat has come and gone. We had thirty-one quilters together for the weekend. The food was great and a lot of sewing was accomplished.

The plans have been made for the bus trip to the AQS Paducah Quilt Show. Departing from Princeton and Peru, Illinois.
Depart on Wed. April 18th and returning on Sat. April 21st, 2018.
We will be staying at Kenlake Resort State Park for three nights.
The cost is $250.00 per person for Covered Bridge Quilters Guild members and $260.00 for non-members per person double occupancy. This covers the three nights and the bus (show fees and food are additional).

CBQG will be having our annual Sewing Machine Cleaning on Friday October 20, 2017, at Princeton Public Library.
Please call the library to get your name on the list. You can drop off your machines on Thursday the 19th between 10am and 5pm, or Friday between 7am and 9am. Joe will start working on the machines at 9am and they can be picked up before 5pm.
The cleaning cost is $50 For a regular machine and $60 for computerized.

Last night Corry Guier gave a very good trunk show on T-shirt and memory quilts.
