For his Exhibition project, Detron explored the importance of treating animals with kindness and educating pet owners about responsible care.

Inspired by his love for animals, Detron researched the causes and impacts of pet mistreatment and turned his learning into action by organizing a donation drive for EASEL Animal Rescue League in Ewing. Thanks to his dedication, he delivered a carload of pet food, blankets, toys, and other essential supplies, while also inspiring additional support through mailed food donations and monetary contributions collected via a QR code he created.

Detron's project is a wonderful example of how compassion can inspire meaningful action and make a difference for animals in need.

Stay tuned as we continue highlighting the passions, ideas, and actions behind this year's Grade 6 Exhibition. โœจ

๐Ÿฐโœจ From castles and skyscrapers to simple machines, our youngest campers are putting their imaginations to work during REIMAGINE Structures at Princeton Junior School's Summer Camp!

Designed for children ages 2.5โ€“5, the first session of camp invited students to become architects, engineers, and creators as they explore STEAM through hands-on building challenges using everyday materials like cardboard, straws, and wooden blocks. Along the way, campers discover famous architecture, experiment with the design process, and develop creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving skills through play.

Each day is thoughtfully balanced with outdoor play, stories, special activities, creative exploration, snack and lunch, rest time, and plenty of opportunities to make new friends, proving that summer learning can be just as joyful as it is inspiring. ๐Ÿ’™

๐ŸŽจ Creativity can be a powerful force for good, and Maren continues to prove just that. ๐Ÿค

After raising awareness and funds for the New Jersey Special Olympics through her handmade "Awareness Frogs" project, Maren has taken her philanthropy in a new direction. At this year's Family Picnic, she hosted a T-shirt stand featuring hand-carved cat block prints, combining her artistic talents with a cause close to her heart.

Proceeds from her T-shirt sales will support Panthera, an organization dedicated to protecting wild cats and their habitats around the world. ๐ŸพThrough projects like these, Maren demonstrates how passion, creativity, and compassion can come together to make a meaningful impact.

We are proud to celebrate students like Maren who use their talents to help others and inspire positive change. ๐Ÿ’›

Pranav explored the impact of AI-generated art on artists and the creative industry.

Concerned about how AI is changing the way art is created and shared, Pranav wanted to encourage others to think about the value of human creativity. As part of his action, he led a hands-on art workshop, inviting participants to paint freely and reflect on how creating art made them feel.

Through his research and presentation, Pranav encouraged others to recognize that art is more than an imageโ€”it's a way to express ideas, emotions, and identity.
