We all get in a rut sometimes. During these times I tend to stop taking care of myself which just makes it all worse and then I just can’t be the person I need to be for those around me. If you are feeling in a bit of a rut, do something for yourself this weekend. Whether it’s a spray tan, a long walk, pedicure, a hot bath and glass of wine, an evening with a full skincare routine and early bedtime 😍… whatever it is that makes you feel better. Prioritize yourself for just a bit.
