It’s unfortunate when it’s out of our hands and all we can do is order the missing/corrected part and build what we can. This customer had 2 of the same bed frames and a few of the pieces were manufactured wrongly, leaving us unable to complete the full job. Sometimes it can be a structural issue, if it’s just cosmetic however like in this case, we were able to continue on with one of the builds until new parts ship in.
