Rogue Island is currently closed for renovations but their food truck Rogue on the Rhode is still traveling around! I was able to catch them last week for some tasty specials. This is the Bahn Mi Sausage. The pork sausage was filled with chorizo spices. It was layered with a spicy kick of kimchi and Gochujang aioli. Messy but always fun to eat! Stay tuned for my updates about Rogue Island reopening. You know I'll be there opening weekend to show you guys their amazing brunch 😉
