After serving Federal Hill since 1956, The Old Canteen Italian Restaurant is closing its doors this weekend. The space has been acquired by the Heritage Restaurant Group and will reopen as Wally’s Wieners and Copper Club in March.

Track 15, the city’s newest food hall, is set to open on Thursday, February 27th at the historic Union Station. This 18,000-square-foot space will highlight the talents of beloved Rhode Island chefs and their 7 restaurant partners. Visitors can enjoy indoor and outdoor dining, a centralized bar, event space, and an open-air design for each restaurant.

A new comedy festival, Lil Rhody Laugh Riot, will debut in Providence from March 27-30, featuring stars like Kevin Hart, Leslie Jones, and Aziz Ansari alongside rising talent.
