Not guilty after trial yesterday for my client falsely accused of a violation of a no contact order. The witness against him was shown to be totally unbelievable on the stand, and client had all charges dismissed by the Judge without having to present any evidence.

Serious felony charge was reduced today to a misdemeanor with no jail time due to our work in showing problems with the case.

Another client with felony charges that were sure to result in jail time received probation instead, after repeated conferences with the prosecution.
