Principal Art Eddy and Finance Director Marie Eddy of Traverse Landscape Architects had a great time catching up with friends and colleagues at the ASBA Technical Meeting in Palm Desert. Great show with great content, and we visited Joshua Tree National Park.

At Traverse Landscape Architects, we have always been focused on creating safe access for students to bike and walk to school. In the last few years, we have seen a dramatic increase in the number of bikes in the racks. Traverse Landscape Architects started working on making synthetic turf more sustainable by holding a summit in 2017 to figure out how to store water for irrigation. In 2021 working with the school department and the town of Natick, that field was built at the new Kennedy Middle School with an alternative infill. Thanks to for making this project a reality.

Traverse Landscape Architects got the opportunity to tour the Amana Colonies. Traverse is excited to assist with a new master plan for agritourism master plan and got to tour the site in Amana, Iowa.
