Healing Kambo

Healing looks and feels different for everyone.
There is no time frame for healing.
There is no “right” way to do it.
There is no magical moment with fire works where you get to say “that’s it, I’m healed.”
It’s a process.
It’s important to seek the right tools to assist in your healing, whether it be an individual, sound baths, Kambo, meditation, grounding, hiking, vacation... etc.
Don’t be afraid to ask loved ones for help.
Listen to your intuition during this process.
TRUST the process.
As time goes on you will start to realize how far you have come.
But for now, take it one day, one hour, and one second at a time.
