Hal has been making his famous tamales for over 40 years now! He and his wife, Elaine, are the founders of Landmark Catering in Provo UT and they started the Tamale Market in June of 2020. With the COVID pandemic, they were looking for opportunities outside of catering, and Tamale Market was born!
