Victoria Vergara is the CEO of Wilkinson’s Trophy, where they specialize in elevating brands through the finest custom awards, apparel and promo. 🏆

Victoria’s success began at Dynamic Blending in sales and later as marketing manager. Under her leadership, sales revenue rose thirteen-fold, increasing margins by millions. Her strength in sales and marketing with Dynamic led Vergara to serve first as VP of business development and subsequently as CEO of Wilkinson’s Trophy, a 47-year-old institution located in the heart of Provo.

“Some marketers spend their entire careers with the same brand — and that's awesome — but that's not for me,” she says. “Our ever-growing portfolio of Utah's most influential brands has to be my pride and glory. Being trusted with iconic names and collaborating with some incredible artistic geniuses is not only the keystone of our business, but the biggest delight.”

As a proud Latina and prominent advocate for the LGBTQ+ community, she has also provided promotional and marketing collateral for the Encircle House and the Out Foundation and serves as an operations liaison for the RaYnbow Collective at BYU.

“Show up on day one knowing the kind of person you are,” Victoria says. “The best leaders can execute that balancing act of competence and empathy, so be a good human! We don’t need any more corner-cutters, what we need now more than ever are heroes who uplift folks.”
