We’re Bryan and Lacie Boulter, the new owners of Locals. We would have introduced ourselves earlier, but we’ve been slinging gf pancakes and meeting the Locals.
When the opportunity came to continue the Locals story, we knew this place was something special. Jess built an incredible restaurant, created amazing recipes, and fostered a community where people feel safe and welcome. We’re honored she trusted us to carry the torch. I’m an R.N. and Bryan has been in the restaurant business for over twenty years. You might see our partners, my sister Angela and her husband Shawn, at the restaurant as well.
Our promise is simple: delicious comfort food, genuine hospitality, and a menu that is always 100% gluten free.
Over the last few weeks, we’ve loved meeting so many of you, hearing your stories, and watching families enjoy foods they haven’t been able to eat in years. It’s been especially rewarding to see kids be able to order anything they want on the menu for the first time.
Thank you for welcoming our family into this community. We can’t wait to continue serving you and making Locals a place you’ll love to visit again and again.

Along with our new hours, we’re excited to introduce a few new additions to the menu that you can now order anytime:

🍔 CHEESEBURGER
Juicy, flavorful, and stacked with fresh toppings. Our cheeseburger comes with melted cheddar cheese, crisp baby butter lettuce, fresh tomato, and our signature house tomatillo dressing. Available as a combo with fries and a drink, or on its own!

🧀 MOZZARELLA STICKS
Same favorite menu item, brand new recipe! These gooey mozzarella sticks are now hand breaded in-house with our special seasoned coating and served hot with marinara sauce for dipping.

🌮 KIDS QUESADILLAS
A simple, cheesy favorite made with melty mozzarella cheese and warm corn tortillas. Perfect for smaller appetites, with dipping sauces available upon request!

🍌 BREAKFAST SPECIAL:
“LACIE’S WAY”
A little sweet, a little savory, and completely satisfying. This breakfast special includes a half order of our signature Fried Banana Breadsticks served alongside crispy bacon and eggs cooked your way!
