Meet Jaclyn-
After her first mammogram at age 40 she discovered she actually had breast cancer. Now her goal is to raise awareness to as many other women as possible!
How can you help?
1- Schedule your own mammogram and/or encourage other women you love to schedule one.
2- Come to the Mapleton Farmers Market on Monday evening for live music and raspberry rolls- all proceeds go to Jaclyn!
3- Donate to Jaclyn’s go fund me to help her with medical expenses (link in bio).
