Join us for a timely and thought-provoking conversation on AI, wisdom, and the future of humanity.
Date: 8 March 2026
Time: 8:00 PM (MST)
As artificial intelligence rapidly surpasses human intelligence, a deeper question emerges: what does it mean to become wise in an age of machines?
Join us as Jeff Burningham, author of The Last Book Written by a Human: Becoming Wise in the Age of AI, explores the ideas shaping our technological moment—authorship, consciousness, empathy, and purpose—and invites us to consider how humanity can evolve wisely alongside AI rather than be eclipsed by it.
A serial entrepreneur, venture capitalist, and community builder, Jeff draws from multibillion-dollar investments, his run for governor of Utah, and a lifelong engagement with spirituality, leadership, and service to offer a rare, integrative perspective on technology and human flourishing.

Join us on February 15th, 2026 at 8:00 PM (MST) for a thought-provoking discussion with Lincoln Cannon exploring the Atonement of Christ as a living, collaborative work—one that calls for active human participation rather than passive belief. Drawing from Mormon Transhumanism, this talk reframes the Atonement as a practical plan for reconciliation and human enhancement, inviting us to emulate Christ not only in character, but in function—using every ethical tool available, including technology, to overcome alienation, suffering, and death.
Our speaker, Lincoln Cannon, is a technologist, philosopher, and a leading voice in Mormon Transhumanism. He is a founder of both the Mormon Transhumanist Association and the Christian Transhumanist Association, the world’s largest advocacy networks at the intersection of faith and ethical technology. Lincoln is also the author of the influential New God Argument, a logical case for faith that resonates with religious transhumanists worldwide. He and his wife, Dorothée, live in Orem, Utah, and are parents of three adult children.

Come ready to think deeply, engage meaningfully, and reimagine exaltation as courageous, compassionate work—together.
What if building heaven isn’t something we wait for but something we actively create?
Join Mormon Transhumanist Association this Sunday at 8:00 PM (Mountain Time) for The Past and Distant Future of Humanity, a discussion led by Carl Youngblood, President and co-founder of MTA.
Drawing from scripture and the teachings of Joseph Smith and Brigham Young, Carl explores humanity’s role as co-creators with God and how technology has always been part of that story. With experience in software engineering and emerging technologies, including work at major tech companies and in blockchain innovation, Carl brings a thoughtful blend of faith, technology, and future-focused insight.
Come engage with big questions about progress, purpose, and the future we are helping to build.

Christmas opens hearts for a season — but what if abundance could open them for a generation?
In this end-of-year message, MTA President Carl Youngblood reflects on Christmas, technological abundance, and our shared moral responsibility to choose generosity over scarcity. From clean energy to AI to healing disease, he invites us to imagine a future where human flourishing is shared, not hoarded.

Reflections on a Pivotal Year Society tends to be as generous as it can afford to be. As cheap energy and AI converge, scarcity's mentality gives way to abundance—and shut-up hearts begin to open.

Meetup: Building Neural Tissue Biocomputers with Intactis Bio Corp
The AI/ML field is expanding at lightning speed but it’s also consuming energy faster than we can sustain. Meanwhile, the human brain remains the most efficient information processor on Earth.
Join us on Sunday, November 9 at 8:00 PM (Mountain Time) for a fascinating discussion on the cutting edge of neural tissue biocomputation, led by Daniel Rodriguez-Granrose, PhD, PSM, founder of Intactis Bio Corp.
Discover how his team has engineered large-scale neural tissue biocomputers — including one that controlled its own bioreactor process for 21 days!
