Adventure requires uncertainty, good friends, a dream/goal bigger than yourself. The adventure is the journey that shapes you and reshapes the world. This is part of my adventure. Mental health is central to being able to become your best self as you get to the good part.

Black people endured 250 years of intense trauma in the US. Then a hundred years of more intense trauma and constant threat of death.

When Civil rights was grudgingly passed , did it come with counselors who talked with this traumatized group about what they had experienced to this point?

Did the trauma stop?
