Boundaries and limits. I know, not the most fun topic. But really...

Let's allow our containers—our bins, shelves, drawers and cubbies— to dictate how much we keep. Let's let them be the bad guys. When they overflow, it's time to edit.

In this consumer-focused culture, I'll keep arguing the case for less. Less stuff means less to keep track of, less to clean, less to decide, less to pay for and certainly less to stress over.

Our excess is not an asset. Gotta say it again. Our excess is not an asset. But a weight, and a heavy one at that. Wanting to feel lighter? Edit your excess today.

What boundaries may need some editing in your life?

🧲 Yep. True fact.

We attract more of what we surround ourselves with.

Just start taking small steps. Before you know it, those steps become leaps towards something new and wonderful.

Simple math = simple solutions.

+1 - 1 = 0.

When anything new comes in (kitchen gadget, makeup, shoes, throw pillow, _______ ) grab the one that’s no longer used or loved —toss it in the donate bin if it’s still useful or the trash if not.

You’re not adding to your inventory, just replacing it. And holding the line on clutter. ✋

It's possible friends! Don't stay stuck in the clutter 🔁 chaos loop. There's calm on the other side of the clutter crazy-train. 🤪 I can help!
