If you had purchased an electric vehicle in 2024, you may be able to claim the electric vehicle tax credit!

New Clean Vehicle Credit:
You can receive up to $7,500 for purchasing a new, qualified plug-in electric vehicle (EV) or fuel cell vehicle (FCV).

Income Limits:
Your modified adjusted gross income (AGI) must not exceed:
$300,000 for married couples filing jointly.
$225,000 for heads of households.
$150,000 for all other filers.

Used Clean Vehicle Credit:
A credit of up to $4,000 is available for purchasing a used clean vehicle1.
The vehicle must be at least two years old and meet certain other criteria.

Commercial Clean Vehicle Credit:
Businesses can also benefit from credits for purchasing clean vehicles for commercial use.
