As we prepare for upcoming holidays, think about those homemade gifts you may have received in the past and how meaningful they were. If I am being honest there's a slight possibility that I am a bit (incredibly) sentimental. I LOVE HOMEMADE GIFTS and HANDWRITTEN LETTERS! If money is tight or you have someone in your life that's a tad sentimental like me consider the touch of a personal homemade gift instead this year.

Holidays can bring an array of emotions all over the spectrum from excitement and joy to sadness or dread. As we have entered into December, regardless of the emotions that are brought up I hope you know that ART-Z is a safe, supportive space for you!
