Somebody always talks before the clock starts.

Good crowd.

Nights like this remind you why NYC breeds a different type of athletes.

No spectators.
No excuses.

Just coaches stepping into the fire together 🔥

This COACHES ONLY event “The Acid Athletes” by and turned the room turned into pure chaos. Heavy breathing. Loud music. Wall balls flying. Quick shuttles. Everybody trying to prove they still got it.

Because around here, coaches don’t just teach the work…
we live it.

Every person in that room leads from the front.
Every person in that room understands what it means to carry energy for a community even when your own tank is empty.

NYC grit.
No shortcuts.
Built through pressure.

This wasn’t a class.
This was a reminder.

The city different.
And so are we! 🗽

Different people. Different schedules. Same decision… to show up.
April Committed Club is stamped.

And first, respect to everyone who made this list for the first time!
That matters more than you think.

Because getting here isn’t about being the fittest…
it’s about choosing to show up when it’s inconvenient, when you’re tired, when life is pulling you in every direction.

That first time on this list?
That’s you proving to yourself you’re capable of more.

Now the real question is… can you stay here?

And then there’s the ones who went beyond that…
The Elite Eleven.

These aren’t just check-ins.
This is consistency at a different level.
They didn’t just fit training into their life,
they built their life around the standard.

That’s what separates them.

But understand something…
Nothing stays easy here.

Standards will rise!
Check-ins will get harder to earn. 👀
Excuses will get exposed quicker! 🤯

Because growth doesn’t come from comfort
it comes from pressure.

So if you’re trying to get on this list next month:
Stop waiting to feel motivated.
Build a schedule and stick to it.
