Authority is most effectively exercised by society when it is self-regulated. The foundation of civilization relies on kindness, self-respect, and respect for others. Without these, the door is opened to authoritarian rule.

The tariff scandal is real.

During the tariff scandal:
* High costs for consumers, you and me.
* Businesses had to choose between employees, efficient processes and sometimes even employee benefits to stay afloat and not overcharge on sales.

After the tariff scandal:
* Refunds have to be returned to the business that paid it, not the consumer.
* Merchants do not capture personal information and consumer banking changes by the second, making it impossible to refund consumers.
* Business will argue they were damaged by the tariffs and Congress will ask they pass through savings to Consumers.
* Businesses will have no revenue to do so because that refund in tariff is taxable, it would be a surplus with no expense to go against it.

Where does it go? It goes back to the federal government.

The same government that is being sued 10 million dollars….
