What Questions do I ask on an Interview?
An interview is like a friendship, partnership or a marriage. You want to make sure you are compatible, challenged, and can move to the next level.
Think of what is important to yourself, your life style, or your family. Is it benefits, money, work-life balance? Does the companies mission sand goals align with your values? What is the companies culture? Do you work better within a team environment or alone?
Remember: It’s not always what your employer can give you.

How credible are your references?
If your boss doesn't know you're looking for a new job, and/or you don't know what kind of reference he or she will give you, don't use your boss as a reference! Choose your references wisely and keep them in the loop about the jobs to which you've applied and any info they'll need to give you a glowing recommendation. Also, make sure you have the most up-to-date info for any former employers or co-workers.
Do you know how to Netiquette?
With so many first and even second and third interviews being conducted over the phone or video conferencing, the importance of understanding how to interview remotely can't be overstated. Some of the more common remote interview mistakes include not being in a quiet space when taking the call, and not dressing appropriately for a video interview. One helpful tip for video interviews is to practice looking at your camera, not your computer screen so that you appear to be looking in the interviewer's eyes.
