New team calls for new photos 📸

Meet Kinsey May! Kinsey joined Miles Design as an intern last year and graduated this past December from Illinois State University with an Interior Design degree. She is now a project designer and we couldn't be more thrilled to have her on the team!

So many exciting things to look forward to in this upcoming year! We have some amazing projects lined up including more updates happening at the MDC office. Nothing makes a designer happier than some gorgeous furniture pieces 👏🏼

The Atrium Hotel is undergoing an exciting and extensive renovation to become a Hilton DoubleTree location 👉🏻

The first phase of design and construction focuses on the hotel guestrooms and corridors. The guestrooms are contained on four levels located on the north side of the building, totaling 65,000 SF and 142 guestrooms.

Construction began in January and the first phase of guestrooms is set to open next month. Each phase following will tackle about 30-40 rooms. Up next will be the design of the public spaces such as the lobby, fitness, bar, and event space.

We have a great team led by DP Construction with local subcontractors and vendors lined up to complete this renovation. It has been an awesome project to be a part of. We can’t wait for visitors as well as our community to enjoy the hotel and all of its amenities!
