Total Control

For any high school girls wanting to get extra prep for the upcoming season.
Two sessions per week.
Each session will have a primary focus of fitness and quick footwork.
Days and times: Wednesdays 5:00-6:00 and 6:00-7:00 pm, Saturdays 1:00-2:00 and 2:00-3:00 pm
Start date: Wednesday, January 4th
End date: Saturday, February 25th
Cost: $175 per player(covers all sessions for January and February)

First come first serve. Will offer until group times are full. If you commit to doing it you are committing to one time on Wednesday and one time on Saturday. Please message me if you have any questions!
