Skiing out west in Colorado- it’s a joy to see helmets ⛑️ on top of heads of boarders to skiers to bikers !

The following book was written in 2016 and poor Gilbert the Moose shows well how over 10 years to helmets on heads while skiing ! Poor Gilbert needs a helmet ! ⛑️

Our group worked with Johns Anglican Cathedral in Quincy to assemble backpacks 🎒of toiletries and more for Holiday gifts for visitors to Horizons Soup Kitchen.

We are partnering with Dr Margie Williams PhD, RN to offer a community wide group discussion of Dr Amens Book - Creating a Better Brain …..
