The Root Reveal

“And God said, ‘Behold, I have given you every plant yielding seed that is on the face of all the earth, and every tree with seed in its fruit. You shall have them for food.’ —Genesis 1:29

Before there were diets, trends, or processed foods, there was God's original design. In Genesis 1:29, we see the very first nutritional mandate—real food, grown from the earth, created to sustain life.

God didn’t just give us food. He gave us seed-bearing plants and fruit-bearing trees, full of life-giving nutrients, minerals, enzymes, and fiber our bodies still crave today.

This verse reminds us that true nourishment was never meant to come from a factory, but from the earth, rooted in creation, and designed by the Creator.

Sadly, modern agriculture, food processing, and synthetic ingredients have hidden the richness of these original foods. But what God created still holds power today.

Let’s bring back the foods God gave us:

Seeded fruits (grapes, pomegranates, figs, watermelon ect.)

Whole grains and ancient breads made with freshly milled flour

Leafy greens, root vegetables, nuts, seeds

Herbal plants with healing properties

Clean, mineral-rich water—free from man’s pollution

As we restore what we eat, we also align our bodies with God’s intention—healing not just physically, but spiritually.

This is nutrition that aligns with the Word. And it’s time we return to it.
