A little soffit build out and wrap for a returning customer! We had to remove existing gutters that are called hanging gutters which means the gutter straps are nailed directly through the top of the shingles which after time will cause major issues unless there installed before a roof is replaced. We had to level out the fascia board to accept new gutters and wrap the framing in aluminum. We think we did an amazing job on it to keep the original look of the home and protect the new framing and existing as well.

Here are some before photos of a project that will begin very soon!! We will be completely transforming the front of this home. First we will have to prop up that large roof over hang, then remove all railings, supports and old flat roofing. We will then install a brand new roofing membrane that’s called Deck-Tec it will look like wood planks running the long way on the flat surface. After that we will install new 4x4 posts and wrap them in a composite material, then install new harmony railings around the perimeter with a color matching drink rail! The stair railings will also be replaced with new harmony railings and also adding a section on the first flight of stairs. All the posts will have solar light caps to help show the beauty at night!! We then will build two new sets of custom shutters and stain to match the posts and drink rails! We’re excited for the face lift and hope you are too!
