An environment without structure. Typically found in the essence of start up companies. Where it is messy. The plans are sought out and some fail. The environment that require boldness and innovation at its peak. Your environment is a big factor in your progression or paralyzation. The uncertainty brings calculated strategies. This is the ideal conditions that individuals can really contribute to. The environment lacks hierarchy and a sense of false leadership in management based on ideologies and not morals. Once you realize that most workers feel undervalued and under appreciated. You start there. By valuing what they bring to the table. Instead of using the person for the need of the company. Realize people as human and not ROBOTS. You will have workers but not the best. Give conditions in which they can thrive. Some will and some won’t in uncertainty. The one who knows innovation will be seen as a problem to stable companies who is already in a niche and found a level of success. Some grow beyond that and become Cores of organizations. That’s true value. Learn your place. Don’t find where you fit in. Go where you belong. Remember your plans for your life. Many times people hand you a blueprint to build theirs. Make sure you don’t forget you. Sometimes analyzing the company you keep and involve yourself in keeps you aware of destiny. Everyone accepts their fate but dread their destiny. Maybe it is because since youth we are met with the realization of death. That is enough motivation to live your life with apology of what people will think of you. All eulogies go the same. Make sure you are embracing today. You are stuck in the mind. Once you find the soul cure your mind conflicts will leave. You are just uninspired by the conditions you are in. See options. If there are none. Create opportunities. There are miracles in following the heart. Bring your mind with you though. Be aware.
