Recent inspection of a 2006 home with Adhered Manufactured Stone Veneer. This is a great looking product and will hold up well if installed correctly. However, there are many documented cases of poor installation causing water intrusion and deterioration of the wall cavity.
This installation has no weep screed at the base of the wall or sealant and backer rod at the window/door/trim junctions.
Fortunately, this one appears dry despite its installation issues.

Found this on a recent inspection. A 30 year laminate shingle, just 6 years old... with many similar spot defects showing fiberglass mat material. The loss of the protective granules will lead to accelerated aging and failure of the shingles due to UV exposure.
If you purchased a roof covering manufactured by Tamko, you may want to have it checked out. They provide generous warranty coverage for the first 10 years of the shingle life.
