SARC was built in 1976 and gets the name Springdale from the original township created by Mr. O'Neal, the first builder in this area.

Celebrating fall with friends at the 2nd Annual Low Country Boil. Many thanks to our awesome social committee who help create great memories at SARC. And a huge shout out to Outer Banks Boil Company of Oak Island for a spectacular spread of seafood and bbq!
