Chef Lelia’s new Summer Chef’s Table is built around some of the best produce North Carolina has to offer, sourced from family farms across the state.

Big Better Boy tomatoes. Fresh local peaches. Blackberries. Crisp cucumbers. Anaheim peppers. All the good stuff that makes summer in North Carolina taste like summer.

You’ll find it throughout the menu, from our new Chik’n & Waffles topped with fresh peaches and blackberries, to the Anaheim Pimento Cheese Sandwich, Mimi’s Summer Cucumber Salad, and the Heirloom Tomato Avocado Focaccia.

We’re also debuting a new steak protein from Redefine Meat. Check out our new Chimichurri Steak Frites. This is one of the most realistic plant-based filets you’ve ever had.
