Alli, owner and stylist at Rooted Hair Shop, joins us in collaboration at the collective! With over 18 years of experience as a stylist and colorist in Raleigh, Alli has had the chance to learn from some of the best in the industry. Alli specializes in gray blending and coverage, blonding and balayage, as well as precision and curly cuts.

Alli’s goal is to provide top-notch services that fit your specific needs and lifestyle, while encouraging you to be yourself. She focuses on helping you feel confident in your style, working with your hair’s natural tendencies, and creating looks that are true to you—all in a calm, inclusive, and supportive environment.
