We are very excited to announce our progress on the newest addition to the Verdant Blends line—our Mobile Bistro!

A mobile bistro brings the charm and flavors of a high-quality bistro directly to your doorstep or event. Our mobile bistro offers an elevated dining experience wherever you are, serving freshly prepared, gourmet meals made from premium ingredients. Whether you're hosting a private gathering, corporate event, or enjoying a street-side experience, our mobile bistro delivers a unique and convenient way to savor delicious, made-to-order dishes. From artisan sandwiches to fine entrees, we provide a dynamic menu that caters to every palate, all with the warmth and atmosphere of a classic bistro. Our mobile bistro will feature a rotating menu each month to showcase the freshest, highest-quality ingredients.

We'll also be offering items from our bar cart, brasserie, and bistro boxes, bringing the best of Verdant Blends wherever we go.

We're planning to be ready by 2/14/2025. Follow our journey as we wheel fine dining to your front door!

Thursday, 2/22 is National Margarita Day!

Keep an eye out starting Monday for recipes to our favorite margaritas.

All mixes will be available for delivery.

We are excited to announce that we are Dine-at-Home Dinners to our regular menu.

We will not just offer this service to our friends in Eagle Ridge but will offer it to all our friends within a 7-mile radius of our base.

All options will be prepared vegetarian with an option to add a protein. There are gluten-free accommodations upon request.

This week we will be offering Spinach Artichoke Gnocchi and Spiedie Style Chicken Breasts.
