Okay this Raleigh gem is actually so cute 😭🏡✨
From the front porch to the backyard, this one just has so much personality! It’s one of those homes that instantly feels warm, but still super put together.
The sunken living room?? obsessed 😍It adds so much character, and paired with the fireplace, it just makes the whole space feel extra cozy and inviting. And the kitchen nook bench with storage is such a cute detail too!
Everything flows really well, and there’s so much storage throughout which we love. Its giving charm + function at the same time 😌
And don’t even get me started on the backyard 😭 fenced-in, lots of greenery, and just the perfect space to chill or host 🌿 Also being this close to North Hills and everything around Midtown?? such a win!

The vibes at Oberlin Heights is just on another level! Had the best time shooting these modern brownstones for - the high ceilings and those massive windows are literally doing the most for the natural light. Its giving clazzy energy with the private elevator and that rooftop retreat with the skyline view🥂🏙️ Being minutes away from the Village District just makes it even more elite!!
So are we headed to the rooftop first or what? 🔭⭐
