Roasting Coffee tonight...

Hi All,
I was just sitting here at the shop, waiting for the roaster and cleanStream to cool down from the roasting I was doing today. I roasted some Dark (SS-427), SJ Blend, Decaf Espresso, and Decaf Drip today.

The SJ Blend is currently 75% Guatemala from Xinebajul and 25% Burundi from Kayanza. Roasted to a City++ (medium roast level).

The SS-427 is also the same 75% Guatemala from Xinebajul and 25% Burundi from Kayanza. Roasted to a French roast level. [I also roasted some to Burnt on my roast scale. :-) That coffee is being shipped to Depew NY for a special customer.]

The Decaf Espresso is a blend from my supplier Sweet Maria's.

The Decaf Drip is a nice coffee from Ethiopia Goudina Guji that was Swiss Water Processed to decaffeinate it. I roasted this to a City (light) roast level.

We are open on Saturday 01/11/25. Hope to see you at the shop today. I'm planning to roast some coffee today, and we have Sue in the kitchen making the tasty treats, and Blaze on the espresso machine making the tasty espresso drinks... We may have others come in depending on how many customers we get today.

We are going to have a 10% customer appreciation day today!
