Through these lessons, we find happiness, transformation, but also frustration, disappointment, and sadness.

I celebrated 50 years last September. Among several things I have learned during my transformational journey on this planet is that everything is a blessing, because the good and the bad always prepare us for the most amazing things that are coming next.

✨For example, the last time I visited my mother in Brazil, who has ongoing mental problems such as depression and dementia - I had a challenging moment with her. The only thing I could give her was my love and compassion. When I got back home in the U.S., one of the first appointments I had was with a new client, who I was going through a very similar problem I experienced in Brazil with my mother.

I was so grateful that the Divine Intelligence guided me in such a perfect way, so I could share much of my love and compassion with my new client. The same client became one of the most inspirational human beings I have ever met in my life. 🥰

So, next time you go through a challenging moment, be grateful, because this event could be the golden step in preparing you for the next phase of your life.
