I can’t be erased—no matter what they do.

Our people survived over 400 years of torture, r**e, kidnapping, lynchings, and murder. We were promised 40 acres and a mule, but instead were met with systems designed to replace chains with prisons.

Still, we endured.

We built a Civil Rights Movement that faced violence, betrayal, and the assassination of our leaders—yet we chose dignity over destruction. Even now, we are falsely labeled while our contributions are minimized or ignored.

What many forget is this:
our fight opened doors for everyone.

Some walk through those doors today without knowing who held them open. That hurts—but it doesn’t erase the truth.

God has kept us.
Faith carried us.
Purpose sustains us.

And what God has written into history cannot be undone.
