I met artist Keith Norval almost thirty years ago when he walked into Pullen Arts Center while I was working the front desk. We’ve been friends ever since, along with his wonderful wife, artist Anna Podris. If Keith’s work seems familiar, you may have seen it at Artspace where he was a longtime member. You may have also seen his delightful paintings on city busses, bus stops, or on a mural at one of many Wake Co schools. We love his work and it’s easily recognizable with his silly but smart style. Here are a few of his mini oil paintings we have in the shop…

One of our favorite parts of having this shop is watching people enjoy it! This family was in from CA and they rarely see rain (like us these days) and the kids were so excited they had to go play in it! Listen to that sweet laughter 🤭

Tori may pretty much run the shop, but we originally brought her in for her gorgeous pottery. She continues to wow us with new pieces and these might be our new fave!

Remember our customer Ryan, who was so sad at Easter because he came all this way to buy a tall bunny and we were sold out?? Well, today he got his tall bunny! Bunny only has one ear and was kind of the runt of the bunch, but Ryan was thrilled to give it a home 🤍🩵
