Some great workshops are coming up NCWorks Career Center - Capital Area. Managing finances is one of the biggest challenges when you're in the job market. Many of these faces job seekers never see. They're managing programs for adults and youth, overseeing contracts and budgets, applying for grants, overseeing communications, helping businesses connect with talent resources, performing speaking engagements, and so much more. It's a lot of work! So we ended the year celebrating accomplishments, appreciating one another, and planning to go into 2026 with renewed energy and focus!
