As a Flex Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires flexibility in scheduling and the ability to work at various locations as needed. You will be responsible for monitoring premises, preventing and responding to incidents, and ensuring compliance with security policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Detect and deter any signs of criminal activity or disturbances.
- Monitor surveillance equipment and conduct regular inspections of premises.
- Respond promptly to alarms and calls for assistance, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
- Enforce rules and regulations to ensure a safe environment.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of daily activities.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and staff while remaining vigilant.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as necessary.
- Attend training sessions and stay updated on security protocols and emergency procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Security officer and/or military experience is a plus.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Willing and able to work holidays and weekends.
- Ability to pass criminal background and drug screen pre-hire.
- Willing to work in various weather conditions.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must regularly walk or stand for extended periods of time and distance.
