Introducing Mind & Motion 🏀🧠

Mind & Motion is a sports-based CBT group offered through Family First Choice, Inc. designed to help youth build confidence, strengthen emotional regulation, improve communication skills, and develop healthy coping strategies through movement and play.

Using basketball as a tool for learning, participants practice real-life skills such as positive self-talk, teamwork, decision-making, and managing emotions in a supportive group environment.

At Family First Choice, Inc., we believe growth happens both on and off the court. Our goal is to create engaging opportunities for youth to apply the skills they are learning in therapy while building confidence, resilience, and meaningful connections with others.
