It's as much about posture as it is arms; it's the Standing Arm Weight Series, with Diana! Start with 4-8 reps each, with or without small weights, and think scooped abdominals and wide across the collarbone to maintain good posture throughout. Add heals together and slightly lifted for extra fire!
