Wonderful collaboration with To***co Road Custom Builders on a 1958 home in Historic Longview Gardens in East Raleigh. I've loved this neighborhood since moving back from New York and jumped at the opportunity. The scope of work included a master bathroom/closet addition, new electrical, HVAC, roof, lighting, floors - you name it, we improved it. Early on, we discovered the main living room ceiling could be opened to allow 12+ ft. ceiling height. This was a game changer and allowed the home to really transform.

Covid, Supply Chain issues coupled with volatile material costs, and the ever perplexing world of Raleigh infill regulations turned what started out as a flip into a labor of love. Doug Greene and Randy Talton were able to deliver an exceptional product while pivoting and rolling with the "New Normal."
