The Neighborhoods: Historic homes inside the Beltline or massive lots in Wake Forest/Apex. There’s a vibe for everyone. 🏡

The Humidity: July and August hit different. If you hate thick Southern humidity, you’ll be sprinting between AC units. ☀️💦
Car Dependency: Public transit is minimal, and our highways are getting way busier. You will need wheels. 🚗
