🇺🇸 Remembering September 11, 2001 🇺🇸

Today, we pause to honor the nearly 3,000 lives lost, the bravery of first responders, and the resilience of our nation.

As we reflect on this day, may we be reminded of the strength that comes from unity, compassion, and hope. We will never forget.

Today, we join the rest of the country in remembering and honoring the lives of so many who were tragically taken from us during the terroristic events that took place in New York City, Washington D.C., and Shanksville, Pennsylvania twenty-two years ago.

In just 102 minutes,19 hijackers would succeed in taking the lives of 2,977 Americans and terrorizing the entire country with the entire world watching in horror. At this time, I ask that each of you please take a moment of silence and honor the victims, reflect on the extraordinary courage of first responders and ordinary citizens alike, and pay tribute to those who took the fight to the enemy and sacrificed to protect and defend our freedom, and who never let Sept. 11, 2001, fade from our memory.
