Yeast science! These are yeast growing on nutrients. Individual yeasts are microscopic creatures. About 100 yeast cells can fit on the full stop (period) at the end of this sentence. Yet when they are given a few days, they can replicate until there are enough of them to create mounds of cells you can see here. If you drink an unfiltered beer (with any yeast), you can also see those masses of cells that help give the beer its hazy appearance. Yum!

The image on the top right is a box of bumble bees that feature in the beginning scenes of the show. The top left is one of our beers featuring a yeast from bumble bees that gives the beer tart notes (lactic acid), honey notes (just the right amount of glycerol and esters), and fruity aromas (more yummy esters). All non-GMO and under standard brewing times!
